How quickly can I conference after signing up?

Within 30 minutes of signing up, you'll receive a welcome email containing your account details. From there, you can host conference calls and/or online meetings anytime you need them.

It’s been 30 minutes and I haven’t received my welcome email. What should I do?

If you signed up and didn’t receive a welcome email within 30 minutes, it may be in your email junk folder. Check there for an email from "conferencing@intercall.com" and add us to your safe senders’ list. If it’s not there, call customer support at 877.314.4341.

When I sign up, how do I arrange payment?

Simply enter a valid credit card during sign up and you’re all set. If you have any questions or special requests before signing up, please contact us at 877.314.4341.

What if I need to cancel my plan?

You can cancel month to month and pay-as-you-go plans at any time. Yearly billing plans can be cancelled at the end of your yearly billing cycle. If you need to cancel, contact a small business specialist at smallbusiness@intercall.com.

Are there any additional fees?

For online meeting monthly and annual plans, you pay only the stated fee for unlimited toll plans (plus taxes and fees) and $.05 per minute for toll free or VoIP conferencing. Conference call plans include toll, toll-free and VoIP in the plans. Pay as you go plans have a $5 conference minimum. Some premium features may carry additional, per-use fees.  Additional fees include fees for recording, recording playback and downloads, international calling and post conference reporting.  For detailed rates on premium features, contact customer service at 877.314.4341.

What happens after my 30-day free trial has ended?

Your first 30 days are free through this promotional offer. After your first 30 days, your plan will automatically renew and you will be billed at the standard monthly rate of $49 per month if you do not cancel. To cancel, call 877-314-4341 and reference free trial. Offer expires December 31, 2014. Rates are prorated for any partial month of service. Offer available only to entities who have not been InterCall customers in the previous six months.  Free trial offer does not include toll free service which is billed at $.05 per minute.

What do I need to start conferencing?

When you're ready to go:

  • All you need to start a Reservationless-Plus® conference call is your phone. Use the dial-in number, conference code and PIN from your welcome email.

  • You can start an online meeting with a computer and an Internet connection. As the leader you’ll also need to download Unified Meeting® 5, InterCall’s proprietary online meeting software. Download now »

How do I start a meeting using Call Manager?

There are multiple ways to start/join your meeting:

  • Use the URL included in your Outlook®/meeting calendar invite

  • Open the Call Manager icon on your pc desktop (right click and select start or join meeting)

  • Access the log-in page from the Call Manager website

  • Use the MobileMeet  quick-access buttons on the calendar screen from your iPhone or Android smartphone

How do I access or change my conference code?

You can access your Reservationless-Plus account online at www.intercallonline.com. Once you are logged in, you have the ability to schedule and start meetings, present slides and archive your conference call on the web.

Can I host international meetings?

Yes, international toll-free, dial-out and local toll services are available on a per minute rate for several countries.

Do I need to install anything on my computer for an online meeting?

Yes, as the moderator (meeting host), you need to download and install Unified Meeting 5, InterCall’s proprietary online meeting software. Participants can join your online meeting through a web browser, which means if they are just a participant, there's no need for them to install anything. If you want them to share or present something during the meeting, then they need to download the software too. Download now »

How do I get started using Unified Meeting 5?

When you download Unified Meeting 5, it will walk you through the installation process.  During the installation process, you will need to enter your log in and password from your welcome email.
1)    Go to: https://ium.lobby.mc.iconf.net
2)    Enter your login and password
3)    Click “Start Meeting”
4)    Enter your information in the browser page
5)    Select how you want to join the audio portion of the call.  You can have Unified Meeting 5 call you or you can dial into the call.
6)    Click “Start Meeting” and your online meeting will begin.

What is application sharing?

One of the greatest benefits of online meetings is the ability to share visuals with meeting participants. InterCall’s online meeting software allows you to select an application on your computer and share it with other people in the meeting. They’ll be able to see all your mouse movements and actions. You can even pass control to them for real time edits. It’s a great way to share ideas and collaborate without leaving your office.

Can I host an online meeting on a Mac®?

Yes, Unified Meeting 5 supports the following operating systems:
Microsoft® Windows XP SP3/ Vista/ 7
Mac® OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) or higher

Can I join a meeting using computer audio (VoIP)?

Yes, Unified Meeting 5 supports computer audio (VoIP) conferencing.  Simply sselect "Computer Audio" when joining the meeting.  You will be able to select from different audio sources and adjust your volume. 

How do I purchase other InterCall services?

As your needs change, InterCall has scalable services to meet them. If you want to upgrade to a different plan or add more users to your account, contact a small business specialist at 877.314.4341.

I lost my dial-in information, where can I get it?

If you ever lose your account information, whether it be your dial-in info, your PIN or your billing info, contact customer service at 877.314.4341.
